Renaud's King's Cake is made of a flakey puff pastry with velvety frangipane (a mixture of almond paste and butter) at its heart. Traditionally enjoyed on January 6th, this festive treat comes with a fève (included separately) that crowns one lucky person “king” or “queen” for the day.
